Single issues

Will I be charged twice if I delete or lose an issue and want to get it again?

No. Any previous purchases you have made will be recorded in your purchase history. Please see How do I restore my previous purchases.


Where have all my purchased issues gone?

Any previous purchases you have made will be tied to your Apple ID. You can restore your previous purchases at any time.

What you need to do

1. Open the App menu

Open the app menu

2. Tap ‘Manage Account’

Open the app menu

3. Tap ‘Restore Purchases’ and enter your Apple ID password if prompted

My issue isn't downloading or is not responding, what can I do?

To remove an issue from your device follow these steps:

1. Open the App menu

2. Tap “Downloaded Issues”

3. In the Downloaded Issues screen, tap “Edit” in the top right corner

4. Select the issue(s) you want to archive by tapping the small circle to the left of the cover image

You can always download any issues you already own, they will be available to you forever.

How can I download the issue to save in my archive?

You cannot download any charts, patterns or other pages outside of the app. However, we do offer air printing with our craft apps. See “How can I print charts and patterns?”


How can I claim a refund if I'm not happy with something I've purchased?
