The app needs to be open and connected to the internet to receive the latest data and new issues, If you think there should be a new issue that you can’t see, you can try refreshing the app by pulling down anywhere on the screen.
If you are sure that the app isn’t showing the latest issue, there may be a problem caused by some corrupted data. You should try deleting and reinstalling the app.
My issue isn't downloading or is not responding, what can I do?
To remove an issue from your device follow these steps:
1. Open the App menu
2. Tap “Downloaded Issues”
3. In the Downloaded Issues screen, tap “Edit” in the top right corner
4. Select the issue(s) you want to archive by tapping the small circle to the left of the cover image
5. Tap Remove” in the bottom right corner
You can always download any issues you already own, they will be available to you forever.

I signed up for a free trial but got charged straight away
Free trials and Introductory Pricing are only available once on the chosen subscription term.
For example, if you previously had a Free Trial on an annual subscription, you do not qualify for Introductory Pricing or further Free Trials.

The other way you could have subscribed is via our online website buysubscriptions.com. You should have an account set up with your email address. It may also be that you had a subscription as a gift through buysubscriptions.com. If so, the account may be in their name.
